Before you join

What does "periodized" actually mean for my results?

Your training is built in structured blocks that shift volume, intensity, and exercise selection on purpose as you progress — so you keep adapting and growing instead of plateauing on a static plan.

Do I need a gym, or can I train at home?

Both work. The program is built to run 3–4 days a week with standard equipment, whether that's a home gym or a commercial one.

How is this different from 1:1 Coaching?

WHOLE Wellness is one periodized program with shared coaching touch points, community, and events — built for women who want structure and science without a 1:1 price point. 1:1 Coaching is fully individualized to your goals, equipment, and abilities, with direct, ongoing access to me.

What if I'm an experienced coach myself?

You're welcome here too — plenty of members are coaches who want a program built for them, for once, instead of building one more program for someone else.

Can I cancel anytime?
